PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT. OCCUPATIONAL FOOT PROTECTION<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Estas normas regulan&nbsp; caracter\u00edsticas y propiedades tales como:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">&#8211; Resistencia al impacto en ca\u00edda libre.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia a las proyecciones de objetos a velocidad.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia al aplastamiento.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia a la perforaci\u00f3n.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia al plegado.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia a la corrosi\u00f3n de punteras y plantillas de seguridad met\u00e1licas.<br>\n&#8211; Resistencia a agentes qu\u00edmicos.<br>\n&#8211; Impermeabilidad al agua, disolventes, etc.<br>\n&#8211; Caracter\u00edsticas antideslizantes de la suela.<br>\n&#8211; Cierta resistencia al contacto con part\u00edculas incandescentes o a altas temperaturas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Sin embargo estas normas refieren de manera muy somera los aspectos relacionados con el confort o comodidad del usuario y desafortunadamente en muchas ocasiones las empresas adquieren zapatos de seguridad que cumplen con todas estas caracter\u00edsticas pero sin considerar los aspectos ergon\u00f3micos del dise\u00f1o de este importante equipo de protecci\u00f3n personal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Considerando lo anterior y bas\u00e1ndonos en diferentes investigaciones &nbsp;que analizan los aspectos ergon\u00f3micos de los zapatos de seguridad podemos establecer las siguientes recomendaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> 1. El peso del calzado deber\u00e1 ser inferior a 800 gramos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> 2. El tac\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser menor a 5 cm de altura. Si son mas altos, incrementan la presi\u00f3n en la parte media del pie, incrementa la fuerza de impacto, y el disconfort al caminar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> 3. La cara interna de los zapatos debe ir&nbsp; directamente desde el tal\u00f3n hasta el final del dedo gordo del pie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> 4. La punta del zapato&nbsp; debe permitir la libertad de movimiento de los dedos de los pies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> 5. El calzado debe tener un agarre (costura) firme al&nbsp; tal\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">6. Los zapatos deber\u00e1n contar con insertos&nbsp;para mejorar la comodidad. Estos insertos pueden estar incluidos en los zapatos o podr\u00e1n adquirirse por separado. Las taloneras o heel cups, reducen la presi\u00f3n en el tal\u00f3n y las fuerzas de impacto. Los soportes para el arco del pie: reduce la presi\u00f3n en la parte media del mismo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2707\" src=\"http:\/\/www.georosario.com\/web\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/zapato.jpg\" alt=\"zapato\" width=\"566\" height=\"526\"><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Estos insertos completos con soporte para tal\u00f3n y soporte para el arco pueden reducir un 25% la presi\u00f3n en el tal\u00f3n, un 24% de las fuerzas de impacto y puede incrementar un 33.2% la sensaci\u00f3n de confort.<br>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><br>\nNo esta demostrado que estos insertos eviten o reduzcan la lumbalgia.<br><br>7.
